General Information

The library provides access to digital media services through the Multimedia Laboratory. The computers in the Lab provide students, faculty and researchers access to Microsoft Office and image and video editing software. The Lab also houses the library's nonprint reserve materials, such as DVDs, videocassettes, anatomical models, and computer-based instruction. Patrons can use the Media Lab to digitize pictures, slides and video to create their own digital media. Consultation and one-on-one assistance is available [0].

Faculty and Researchers

Faculty can place audiovisual and computer-based instructional materials on reserve in the Lab for their classes. The Lab also maintains a streaming video server, which faculty and researchers can use to make digital video available on this campus and anywhere else with broadband internet access.
