The UT Health Sciences Library in Memphis is facing a possible $340,000 collection deficit in FY 2008-2009, mostly because of journal/database inflation. Funding to support library collection inflation is uncertain; therefore, we have been asked to prepare for possible cuts (journals, databases, and books) and need your input.

The blue sidebar menu was removed from the PubMed Summary results screen to provide space for forthcoming features. Users will be able to access the sidebar from the PubMed homepage.
The Health Sciences Library's full text icons in PubMed are now operating properly on Macs (Safari and Firefox) and on PCs (Firefox).
Beginning today all applicable peer-reviewed articles accepted for publication must be submitted within 12 months for archiving in PubMed Central. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Public Access Policy requires that researchers funded by NIH grants submit their final, peer-reviewed manuscripts, which have been accepted for publication on or after April 7, 2008, to PubMed Central.
